We assisted the company with the following critical requirements:
We undertook the company registration process and mandatory corporate registrations. We helped with their factory setting up through Facility identification, evaluation, shortlisting, negotiation, finalisation, lease deed drafting, signing and registration, interior planning, designing and construction. We also helped them with equipment sourcing and Human Resource recruitment.
We offered them continuous support on compliances under Companies Act and FEMA and coordinated with other consultants for accounting and tax related compliance. We guided them on equity fund raising (viz., Equity, External Commercial Borrowings, etc.) and related compliances.
We offered Resident director support to represent the company throughout the setting up stage and during operational stage rendering continuous advise on the matters involving various regulations and associated compliances.
