One of the worlds’ largest UK based listed food services and facility management company was seeking corporate law and inward investment advice for entering the Indian market.
We helped them with inorganic market entry and growth by Due Diligence support for acquiring four companies in different parts of India and focused evaluation on corporate law compliances. We also assisted the group in restructuring the acquired entities in line with the global strategic business verticals from the Companies Act perspective.
