Swarna Nadarajah – Associate Partner, India Entry & Business Support Services
Swarna comes with 10+ years of experience & knowledge in finance, business and corporate legal domain. She is instrumental in nurturing and handholding foreign companies in establishing a business in India. She spearhead the setting up of greenfield manufacturing facilities as a client account manager (successfully managed the end-to-end activities for 4 projects). She also developed and continue to manage the accounting, payroll, tax, HR, & factory compliance and related advisory services to foreign subsidiaries and domestic companies.
Athasi Das – Associate Partner, Regulatory Advisory
Athasi comes with 10+ years of corporate experience in corporate compliances, due diligences, NBFC compliances and issuance & listing of NCD. Prior to SAS Partners, Athasi was working in some of the leading companies like IFCI Financial Services, IFIN Finance, IFMR. She is well-versed in handling the compliance management of key multinational subsidiaries.
Jafeel Sikander – Associate Partner, Regulatory Advisory
Jafeel comes with 10 years of experience in corporate law advisory, due diligence & transaction advisory. He have advised multinational and domestic companies across industry segments towards setting a compliance mechanism based upon global standards. He have hands on expertise in conducting investor due diligences and has special interest in foreign exchange management laws.
