We helped the company understand the Indian food processing industry trend, growth patterns and drivers, processing segments, techniques, certification, government policies and schemes, competitive scenario (focus on South India) and opportunities in the segment by undertaking primary and secondary research. We conducted Internal Analysis of the organisation which included GAP analysis, value chain analysis, stakeholder analysis, SWOT analysis and competency sketch with the objective to touch upon various aspects of the organisation and business.
